Moving to another building, or adding on a partner to your business should not cost you an arm and a leg. Therefore, we have come up with an exclusive service warranty that's clever and robust enough to forsee and cover your CC administration expenses that can arise when changes occur.

You can make unlimited* changes to any close corporation registered through us for an entire year -- without having to pay any extra fees!
Each CC amendment costs between R199 to R350. But QuickCC clients never have to worry about fees. Save your money, and never worry about your documents being out of order.

1 Year Service Warranty Terms |
These are the rules :
- All types of amendments are accepted, except changing the name of the business. *
- We do not have a limit to the number of times you can amend your CC.
- We can only make changes to CC's you register through us, that fall within the time period of this Warranty offer.
- This offer lasts for 12 months from date of incorporation of the CC.
- We cannot expedite any free CC amendment. The average time frame is 3-4 weeks for your completed documents to be returned to you.
- We cannot resign any member of a CC without his or her proper permission (ie signature on Limited Power of Attorney form and the amendment order form).
- This warranty is valid for CC amendments done via QuickCC only, and does not cover administration costs ofliquidation or any other legal costs whatsoever.
- We reserve the right to terminate this warranty, should we perceive the terms of warranty to be violated in any way.
- Because of the nature of this offer, it's potential for abuse by customers is noted. We will not honour warranties if we suspect attempted abuse of our resources by lodging fake amendments.
We will register all * changes for you, an unlimited number of times, as part of our Standard Service Agreement.

Add / Resign Members |
Add a member onto your CC for free. Remember, a CC can have a maximum of 10 members.
Customers can also remove members from the CC for free for an entire year. Resigning members simply have to fill in the form and fax through to us, we will take care of the rest. In this case, always make sure your accountant resolves all issues with SARS ie the resigning member does not owe the tax man.

You can change to whichever accounting officer your prefer at a later date for free for the first year.

Update Director 's Data |
Update member's information, contributions, residential addresses and business physical addresses timeously to avoid problems with banks when obtaining loans etc.
Your CC must reflect every members latest information - FICA requirement.
